Placed an order from out of town, they were extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't necessarily need a regular bouquet so they helped me find the perfect smaller one. Would definitely use again

Such a great experience! The website checkout process is extremely helpful and super easy. I was able to schedule a delivery to a certain address for a future date, write the attached card, etc. However, due to a medical emergency, I had a special request that they contact me when the flowers were going to be delivered so I could arrange for someone to be there to pick them up. They were more than happy to do this and called when they were on their way. While I did not get to see the flowers first hand, I was told they were beautiful and the recipient loved them. Flowers By Pat's very polite and accomodating service was such a huge help and look forward to doing business again in the future! Thank you!

I needed something really quick for my daughter. I called this shop and she told me she needed a little more notice, but instead recommended another flower shop to me that was able to get it for me. I have used Flowers by Pat once before and that is the reason I called her first. Amazing quality then, and amazing help now. Thank you!!
